#BBN Let’s Help Out Bowling Green East Little League #LLWS
From their BGEast Little League GoFundMe.com Page:
“The Bowling Green, KY East Little League 11&12 year olds won the Great Lakes Championship defeating Wisconsin 13-0 on August 15 and are headed to Williamsport for the World Series!! No team from Bowling Green has ever made it to the World Series. It’s pretty amazing that they are 1 of only 16 teams in the world still competing.
The cost for the team and parents is expensive as many parents must miss work without vacation time. Our goal of $20,000 is intended to defray the cost of travel and hotel for the 13 players, parents and siblings. This team has worked extremely hard to get to the World Series and your support is greatly appreciated.”
